Pre-treatment recovery support includes a pre-assessment, case management (CM), motivational counseling services, and maybe access to a recovery mentor who can serve as a conduit to outreach and treatment programs.

Residential treatment programs, usually inpatient, require patients to reside in a rehabilitation center where they get 24-hour care from experienced medical experts. In addition, detoxification, counseling, therapy, and other health activities are part of the inpatient drug recovery program.

Generally, six tiers of care are available for patients receiving this therapy modality.

• Sub-acute detox: This program provides residential treatment for withdrawal symptoms.

Outpatient Care

Here, patients can keep up with their regular job, school, and family responsibilities while participating in an outpatient program (OP). While OPs are less restricted than inpatient services, they include therapy, drug education, counseling, and wellness-promoting services.

There are six tiers of outpatient treatment available in Union County, NJ:

Early Intervention

Traditional Outpatient Care
