Rolling Hills Recovery Center has created a unique community of recovering individuals.
At Rolling Hills Recovery Center, we view substance use disorders through a Biopsychosocial lens. This disorder is a complex combination of physiological, psychological, and environmental (social) aspects with a vital spiritual component. Based on our belief in the biopsychosocial model, we take a holistic approach to treatment. By holistic, we mean that we will integrate care to treat the person in totality, the physical psyche, and the social and spiritual needs of the individual.
We will work jointly with you at Rolling Hills Recovery Center to create a treatment experience. The treatment experience will be created by having you identify your treatment goals and informing your care by telling us what has worked for you in the past or what your needs are and what strategies would best meet your needs.
We will pay particular attention to the culture of the individual.
We will provide trauma-sensitive and gender-specific services.
We will individualize care based on the stages of readiness and offer a continuum of care.
Our continuum consists of the outpatient levels of care, i.e., Partial Care, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient. We aim to work co-jointly with the individuals served to build a foundation from which they can seamlessly transition from treatment to recovery.
Evidence-based practices lead us to treat substance use disorders as a family disease. Because we see substance use disorders as a family disease, we will make every effort, with your permission, to involve your family in every aspect of your care. Family members will receive education on substance use disorders, support groups, coping skills, and other relevant information. Upon your admission, we will initiate a discharge plan, which will be updated as needed over treatment and given to you upon discharge with specific data on appointments and contacts for your ongoing care.
In addition to providing evidence-based services in delivering individual, group, and family counseling, we will offer ancillary services such as REIKI, Mindfulness, EMDR, and other services. In addition to our treatment, we will create an environment that lends itself to healing by constant monitoring of services, supervision of the staff, and deliberate choice of the art and furniture in the facility. Our treatment will be intense. However, we will pay particular attention to your comfort and input into your primary care.
The length of stay will be performance-driven, i.e., the attainment of your stated goals, versus a time-driven process. Our staff will consistently elicit your feedback on how well we are doing in meeting your needs and our stated goals. In addition, we will require our team to adhere to the values of compassion, integrity, honesty, genuineness, and fairness.
